One of the main teachings of Buddhism is that everything is changing and so did our Tibet adventure. This morning we strolled through Lhasa for the last time (hoping to come back). We did one full Kora, sipped traditional Yak sweet tea outside a small teahouse and just watched the kids getting dropped off to school and people performing Kora and prostrations.

Tibet/Buddhism and the people there are all a wonderful combination of happiness and peace. People have big hearts and small needs. Many times we tried to give tips and they refused. We made a couple of good friends in this short time. The mountains are harsh and unforgiving and maybe that is what makes people humble and grateful. Anyways, I would recommend this trip to anyone who can do it. It is changing fast and getting modernized.

We took the flight back to Shanghai and got here at 11 pm. It is amazing to realize how happy my body is at sea level. Suddenly, I am able to walk fast and breathe normally. :-)
Good night, more from Shanghai tomorrow…
